Return & Refund Policy (Section 4: Returns and Refunds)

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment, unless the product is marked non-returnable.

  • Products must be in their original condition.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required—contact via phone or email before shipping.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items.

  • Customers bear the risk of loss during return shipment; using a carrier that offers proof of delivery along with insurance is strongly recommended Ice Solutions+2Ice Solutions+2.

  • A 50% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Refunds are processed within a commercially reasonable period after receipt of the returned items and are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase Ice Solutions.

  • No refunds are offered for items explicitly designated as non-returnable Ice Solutions.

  • You can cancel an order before receiving the Order Confirmation by contacting Customer Service via email or phone Ice Solutions.

  • Prices shown are subject to change; the price you pay is the one in effect at the time of order placement and confirmed in the Order Confirmation. Shipping, handling, and taxes are added at checkout Ice Solutions.

  • Payment must be made before order acceptance unless otherwise agreed. Acceptable methods include credit cards and other electronic payments listed at checkout Ice Solutions.

  • If you fail to pay, Ice Solutions may file a financing statement and hold a purchase money security interest in the purchased products under the Uniform Commercial Code Ice Solutions+6Ice Solutions+6Ice Solutions+6.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Deliveries may be made in installments, and delivery dates are estimates only Ice Solutions.

  • The Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery (unless otherwise stated). Remedies include product replacement or refund, and for services, re-performance or refund at Ice Solutions’ discretion Ice Solutions+9Ice Solutions+9Ice Solutions+9.

  • The warranty does not apply to third-party materials, and implied warranties (like fitness for purpose or merchantability) are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law Ice Solutions.

  • The liability limit is the purchase price of the defective item; incidental, consequential, or punitive damages are disclaimed as allowed by law Ice Solutions.

  • Customers must indemnify and hold Ice Solutions harmless for claims arising from their misuse, breach of agreement, or negligence, including third-party claims Ice Solutions.

  • Products are not for resale or export. Customers must comply with all applicable U.S. export regulations Ice Solutions.

  • Intellectual property rights remain with Ice Solutions. For third-party infringement claims, the customer must notify Ice Solutions and allow them to handle resolution—or to provide replacement or refund if necessary Ice Solutions.

  • Force majeure applies—Ice Solutions is not liable for failures due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions) Ice Solutions.

  • The governing law is the State of Nebraska, and any disputes must be brought in courts located there (Douglas County), although Ice Solutions may choose to pursue action in your jurisdiction as well Ice Solutions+3Ice Solutions+3Ice Solutions+3.

  • Notices are effective upon email, posting on the site, or via mail—depending on the delivery method—with specified effectiveness timing (immediately, one business day, or three business days)
